Hey guys! Recently I have jumped into fitness. I'm 5ft 6 in and around 120lbs. Do I need to loose weight... no, but do I want to be healthy and live a long life... YES! Join me on my journey. While these workout will allow you to loose weight it will also help you build muscles. Ones thing I have learned along this journey is that muscle weights more than fat. I started out at 110-115lbs and I am currently at 120lbs but I have no changed pant sizes. So if you are trying to loose weight some weeks you may not of lost the pounds on the scale but you will loose inches which is important. I try to remind the ladies I work out with that being fit is not about how much you weight but how you feel and look. Stick with me while I post daily workouts that yours able to complete at home! No gym needed!
